Minimum Technical Qualifications and Experience: This position requires a minimum of 8 years experience in providing consulting services, expert advice and guidance in the fields of organizational business process assessments, and improvements; business process reengineering; productivity and performance improvement; best practices definitions; process methodology development and evaluation; lean six sigma quality assurance implementation and improvement; demand flow; and SEI/CMMI process guidelines implementation; and certification & accreditation.

Functional Responsibility: Provide consulting services, expert advice and guidance in the fields of organizational business process assessments, and improvements; business process reengineering; productivity and performance improvement; best practices definitions; process methodology development and evaluation; lean six sigma quality assurance implementation and improvement; demand flow; and SEI/CMMI process guidelines implementation; and certification & accreditation.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline), Science, or Information Systems, or Business Administration.

Minimum Training: Lean Sigma Consultants must have formal Six Sigma Training, Six Sigma Blackbelt Certification is highly desirable but not mandatory; SEI/CMMI consultants must have formal training and certification from SEI.
